Returns & Exchange Policy

Colossus Fashion Inc./Siya Jewelry endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If there is something not right about the piece you receive, please let us know  we’re here to help.

At Siya Jewelry Canada, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every handmade jewelry piece. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, delicate, and hygienic nature of jewelry products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, we are happy to assist in the following cases:

  1. The wrong item was delivered (does not match your order confirmation), or
  2. The item has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.

In such cases, we will offer either:

  1. A full refund in the form of store credit/gift card, or
  2. Re-fulfillment of the correct item (subject to product availability).

Eligibility for Return (If Approved)

To qualify for a return or resolution:

  1. The item must be unused and unworn
  2. Returned in the same condition as received
  3. Original packaging must be intact (including tags, pouches, certificates if applicable)
  4. The product must be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Raise a Concern

Please email us at hello@siyajewelry.ca with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Date of transaction
  3. Delivery address
  4. Clear images of the incorrect or defective item

Our customer care team will review the issue and respond within 48 working hours.

Important Notes

  1. Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Given the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, texture, stone shape, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
  3. Colossus Fashion Inc./Siya Jewelry reserves the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Delivery Conditions

No refunds will be issued if:

  1. The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  2. There are three failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier
  3. The package is refused by the recipient

For International Orders:

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes as mandated by the destination country and does not collect the shipment from the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Purolator, etc.), Colossus Fashion Inc. / Siya Jewelry Canada will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Additional Policies

  1. Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
  2. All sale items and discounted purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges apply.

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service Policy shall prevail.
